Phone model

Write us what model of phone you have. This will help us identify the problem, as sometimes only selected smartphone models are affected.

Phone software version

You can find the type and software version of your device in your phone's settings, such as in the "about phone" tab. The most common systems are Android and iOS, which are accompanied by a numerical designation indicating the software version.

App version

You can check the version of the app by going to the "Profile" tab, then click on the cogwheel visible in the upper right corner of the screen and scroll down - the version of the app is a string of numbers separated by dots, usually with an additional letter designation.

Photo or video

Add photos or video of your screen view so we can see exactly what you are seeing. This will help us understand and identify the source of the problem faster.
