1 REP MAX (1RM) stands for One Repetition Maximum, which is the maximum amount of weight you can lift for a single repetition of a given exercise with proper form.
It’s often used as a benchmark to measure strength and to tailor workout programs 💪
You can manually enter it in the app:
- Open the “Plan” tab.
- Press “Go” to open the Workout details.
- For exercises with weights, look for the list icon on the right.
- Click on it to fill in your 1 Rep Max.
