How do you turn on Tracker Mode?
It’s completely seamless. You’ll see the option to activate Tracker Mode right before you kick off any workout plan. Once you hit start, the traditional video player disappears, and you're greeted with a razor-focused "Workout Details" screen. Zero distractions. Just pure output.
Tracker Mode can be found after tapping the “Open” button, right below the “Start” button:
What can you do in this mode?
📊 Log Your Gains: Punch in your reps and actual weight right next to each exercise. Stop guessing. Build your strength history and watch your progress stack up in black and white.
✅ Own Your Progression: Check off completed sets and exercises with a single tap. See exactly what you've already crushed and what’s left on the menu. Ready to wrap up? Hit the "Mark all as completed" button and call it a day.
⏰ Built-In Timer: Fire up the countdown timer with one tap. When time's up, the app hits you with an audio cue so you can get right back to work.
🏋️ Instant Form Check: Forget the cues for a specific movement? Don't sweat it. Tap the exercise graphic to pull up a quick video preview and audio tips. Safety and locked-in form are always priority number one.

Master Multitasking: Need to quickly reply to a text or switch up your playlist to that hype track? Go for it. Leave the app, and we’ll keep tracking your workout time in the background ⏳
Smart Auto-Pause: We’ve all walked away and forgot to stop a timer. If we detect zero activity for an hour, we'll slide into your notifications with a gentle nudge. No response? We’ll automatically pause the session so you can pick up right where you left off 🔔
