To grow your Streak, you need to complete at least one workout each day. Here’s how it works:
- If you complete any workout on a training day (as scheduled in your program), your Streak increases by one day.
- If your program includes rest days, you don’t need to work out to maintain your Streak. However, if you do an extra workout on a rest day, your Streak will still grow.
- If you're not following a program, completing any workout will increase your Streak by one day. It will also prevent your Streak from getting reset for the next 7 days. You also have two extra freezes, so you won’t lose your streak on day 7 or 8 even if you skip a workout in the app.
- Doing multiple workouts in one day will not increase your Streak by more than one day – it counts consecutive workout days, not the number of workouts.
The key to growing your Streak is consistency. Completing at least one workout per day will ensure that your Streak keeps increasing! 💪
