How it works:
- You get 2 freezes per month – they activate automatically when you miss a workout.
- Freezes reset every month – unused ones do not roll over.
- Your streak will only be broken if you miss a workout and have no freezes left to use.
This way, you can maintain consistency and motivation, even on days when something comes up 💚
